Brand Consolidation & Strategic Visual Rebrand | 2025

Project Overview

STARWARE is a cross-border technology accessories brand originally developed around a multi-category product strategy. The business initially launched four parallel divisions:

  • STARWARE Houseliving – Home appliances and storage solutions
  • STARWARE IT – Data cables and digital accessories
  • STARWARE Starlink Accessories – Dedicated peripherals for Starlink hardware
  • STARWARE Tool – Household utility tools

To support this expansion, I designed a scalable master-brand system built around a unified STARWARE wordmark, paired with distinct colour identities for each category. The system was optimized for digital touchpoints including e-commerce stores, websites, and marketing campaigns, while maintaining a consistent master logo across offline applications.

Deliverables included brand guidelines, website visuals, e-commerce assets, and launch marketing materials for all four product lines.



The Challenge

As the business evolved, the company streamlined its portfolio and shifted entirely toward the Starlink ecosystem, positioning STARWARE as a specialist provider of premium Starlink accessories.

The original identity, designed for broad consumer categories, no longer reflected the technical expertise or premium positioning required within a highly competitive niche market.

The challenge was to retain existing brand recognition while repositioning STARWARE as a focused technology specialist.


The Solution

Multi-Category Brand Architecture

I created a flexible identity system that supported multiple product categories under a single master brand while maintaining consistency across digital touchpoints.

Strategic Rebrand

Following the business pivot, I led a complete visual transformation, introducing a more technical and industrial visual language inspired by satellite connectivity and outdoor technology applications.

The rebrand extended across packaging, website design, Amazon storefronts, social media, and marketing materials.

Global Market Localization

To support international growth, I developed localized brand assets and e-commerce experiences tailored to Western consumer expectations and purchasing behaviours.
